Is there an inexpensive fuzzy, thick, metallic yarn out there?

Help! I used to use Moda Dea Cache all the time, but the whole line was discontinued. Then, I switched to Patons Nuance, since that was roughly comparable, but I discovered that now it is discontinued too! I would like to find a yarn which I could use instead – something on the thicker side, maybe “5″ bulky (so not Mary Maxim Mohair Glitter, unfortunately), fuzzy – so mohair would work, and with a thin gold or silver metallic strand in it. It also needs to be inexpensive – $3-4 for 50+ yards (or multiples thereof). Any suggestions? I’d appreciate any help. Thank you!
