Knitting with yarn that contains soy?

What are the advantages/disadvantages of knitting with yarn that contains soy? More specifically, yarn that is part wool and part soy.

For example, I know that alpaca is known for its uncanny ability to keep you warm, cotton is light and absorbent, acrylic is cheap but easy to wash.. etc, etc.

So what’s the story with soy? I’ve been eyeing the Patons SWS yarn, which is 70% wool and 30% soy, but I’m unsure of how the soy will make this yarn different from something that is, say 100% wool. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

(Here’s a link to the Patons SWS yarn if anyone is curious: http://www.patonsyarns.com/product.php?LGC=sws )

I’ve never tried it, but here is a review that may be useful:
